Lunch: small bit of bread, chicken, mayo, stuffing, medium salad
Dinner: steak, small potato, salad, half fat milk, 2 glasses of white wine
Snacks: magnum, 40g 85% chocolate, frubes
Water: under 1l
Exercise: 20 min cycle
I always wanted a slimmer me since I was 14 when I started getting bigger but I never truly got down to it. This is one womens attempt to finally get to where she wants to be.
