Day 5

Breakfast: porridge, half fat milk, orange juice
Lunch: chicken, mayo, stuffing on brown bread, packet of velvet crunch, 35g 70% dark chocolate
Dinner: home made burger, salad
Snacks: sesame sticks, frubes (2), can of tanora

Water: 1.5L

Exercise: 40 mins gym

Must get back on wagon!
